Description
The coin is circular, with a raised rim on both the obverse and reverse sides. The edge of the coin is ribbed.
Obverse
At the top is a relief image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Belarus; in the center is an image of two birds sitting on the branches of the tree of life, and an image of a trefoil – symbols of happiness and family well-being; below them is the year of minting, on the silver coin – the alloy standard and the denomination: "20 RUBLES" on the silver coin and "1 RUBLE" on the copper-nickel coin; at the top, in a circle, is the inscription: "REPUBLIC OF BELARUS".
Reverse
The main symbols of the wedding: a loaf of bread with wedding rings framed by a bridal wreath against a background of honeycomb and a towel; the inscription "VYASELLE" is written in a circle at the bottom.
