Description

The coins are round (gold and copper-nickel coins have a raised rim around the circumference). The edges of gold and silver coins are unmarked, while copper-nickel coins have a kerf.

Obverse

In the center, framed by a circle consisting of 12 symbols of the zodiac signs, is an image of the Sun and the Moon, below it is the astrological sign of Scorpio and the inscriptions: in Latin - SCORPIO, in Belarusian - СКАРПІЁН; at the top is a relief image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Belarus; at the bottom left is the year of minting (on the gold and silver coins on the right is the alloy standard and the mint mark of Poland); around the circle are the inscriptions: at the top - РЭСПУБЛІКА БЕЛАРУСЬ; below is the denomination - 100 РУБЛЁЎ (on the gold coin), 20 РУБЛЁЎ (on the silver coin) and 1 РУБЛЁЎ (on the copper-nickel coin).

Reverse

In the center is a stylized image of a scorpion (on the silver coin, the eyes have synthetic crystal inserts) framed by a geometric pattern.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
